Where to start...
Okay so I have lost quite a bit of weight already. But only because I was taking phentermine and drinking water. But it made me CRAZY. So I stopped. I want to do it the old fashion way but lack motivation. I want it so bad I can taste it. Anyone have any suggestions on how to just get started? I know it starts with your diet but I’m picky. But I just hate the way I look. Feel free to leave any advice, recipes, workouts. Anything. I need it!! ❤️❤️ here is a before and after picture. 1 month on phentermine.
