Someone help..😂 TMI.. kind of!

I’m 9 DPO, I’ve tested, no positives yet, could I still be in the running this month for a baby? AF is not due till 1st of January. BUT, my back is KILLING me, I cannot shit and if I do it’s like 2 turds(tmi I’m sorry) I get these weird cramps ever so often, I just feel weird and different.. use too, I could shit perfect, like clockwork and now I’ve probably went 3 days without shitting.😔😊
