Worried

I had sex yesterday with a guy I’m extremely attracted to. We hit off quite a few times with new condoms each time. We did it on the table and before he came he slid out, took his condom off and cummed everywhere. He was too late. Some of it hit on the surface of my vagina and before it could drip down any further I cleaned it up. Today I took a morning after pill just to be extra safe. How long does it take for me to know if it worked? I’ve been super nauseous and bloated all day. I’m worried I’m too late?
