I'm having a miscarriage

I started bleeding on Christmas day. I'm supposed to be 6 weeks today. Unfortunately I had an ultrasound today and there is no baby. 😢 My first hcg was 128, today it dropped to 24. I was so happy, now I'm so devastated. Everyone is asleep and I'm just here bleeding and feeling all alone in the world.
