TMI weird pink mucusy spotting..

Hey.. so I had a couple of positive tests this week and today before I started work I wiped and saw this pink spotting.. it’s a very hoppy texture and is worrying me as I have only ever had this type of colour blood when I was pregnant with a ectopic.. I haven’t been able to get into a dr to confirm with bloods that I am pregnant. So could this be AF? My AF is usually a lot darker and heavier.
