HELP!!! Weight Gain confusion

Words I never thought in would say. I dont think I’m gaining enough weight.

I have a belly but the scale doesn’t reflect what I see.

I am 15weeks 3days with my di/di Twins and I am only up 9lbs. Is this normal?

I was reading that you should gain 24lbs by 20weeks to reduce preterm labor. Please share your weight gain experience!!
