XHi ladies, did I mark correctly the shift temp? I had an almost darker O test result on June 22. Have a lot of watery with some white creamy and light cramps. Thanks

I don't think you've ovulated. Normally your temps will go up quite a bit and you're still pretty steady in the lower range. The last low temp day is the day you ovulated.

Hi It's me again. This Chart is updated as of today. My two last temps went down. Does it mean that I haven't ovulated yet right? So frustrating this long cycles :-( ​
