No, absolutely not. There are negative side effects of technology for babies and small children when it comes to their development, so that's not something I would do. Talk to your pediatrician before putting these devices in front of your babies. There's also the new recommendations from California's health department about the possible effects of radiofrequency from cell phones, and how younger children (due to the fact their their skulls aren't as thick/hard as an adults) shouldn't be using them often.

He watches Disney music videos. Clips from the lion king ect... not shows or anything just songs to bounce around to his favorite is the circle of life. He goes crazy to it.

absolutely. there is NOTHING wrong with letting your baby/child have a little tv time. the world revolves around technology weather we like it or not and our babies are going to be growing up with it. I only let her watch a little bit each day and once she is older I will have limits to how much she can watch but I definitely thinks it's okay to let your baby look at the tv for awhile.
