A teenager in need of help!

I’m 13 and I have a lot of discharge. It it gets really bad, so bad that I have to change my underwear sometimes 3 times a day. I’ve gotten my period and never had sex. Sometimes It might just be me but I’m scared to open my legs because it smells bad. Idk if it’s normal or not and I’m worried. Sometimes I even feel it come out and I think I accidentally peed. Help?
