I started my period last night and wore a tampon most of the night but not even like 12 hours. I woke up nauseous and threw up also while having diarrhea, and since have thrown up and had diarrhea all day. I can’t even keep a few sips of Gatorade or a bite of a saltine down. When I try to sit up I get more nauseous. My daughter threw up two nights ago so I’m thinking I just caught a virus but she only threw up once, and was conpletely fine after. I’ve never been sick this bad before. I have chills and my hearts beating really fast too. I really don’t want to go to the ER or urgent care if I dont have to. Also don’t know if I could even make the nearly hour long car ride to both.
