Help! Not bleeding!

I'm 2 days late on my period. Husband and I had sex yesterday and afterwards I bled just a little, so I thought my period started. I took a test the day before my missed period and the day of and both were negative 😣. I still haven't started and no sign of it either. I have NEVER missed a period and I'm very regular, always on time. My boobs always hurt the week before and the day I start I get massive cramps. But I haven't had any of that this time. I want to take another test but I'm afraid it will still be negative. Plus I don't want to get my husband's hopes up again...so what should I do?!
