I feel like I cramp and well suffer less when I have my period when I wear a tampon....

I always feel 100% better with a tampon in. I can't stand having pads on.

Tampons didn't get really do anything for me but I do feel like using a cup gives me less cramps (I'm still using a mix cause u have some to use up) idk why though
