Hello! Went to L&D; today at 37+5 with contractions 5 min apart for over an hour. I was contracting for 10 hours since 6 am and over the course of the day they were getting closer together and more painful.

Unfortunately, I was only 1 cm dilated when they measured me and around 50% effaced. They had me walk around for an hour to see if that would help - nope. I was given the choice to stay or go home and chose to go home. Now I’m still contracting at the same intervals and waiting for them to become more intense/painful 😒

Just wondering if anyone else has had similar experience or any advice.
