Line eyes help!

I swear I see a plus sign... but my eyes could be playing tricks on me since I got a positive strep and flu test 😭😭😭 but among feeling bad my boobs are swollen and my period is two days late with no sign of coming!! Can someone tweak. Thanks!!!
