I know this is gross but this just started today when I woke up, I'm 8 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I noticed when I have a bowel movement there is blood in the toilet it's not a lot but it's there it's not in my poop just when I wipe and in the toilet weird thing is nothing hurts or anything I feel totally fine. What could this be?
