Ready to Lose Weight!!!

I'm currently in my first year of my doctoral program and over the course of undergrad, I gained over 50 lbs. I currently weigh 250 lbs and it has really put a toll on my confidence.

I started working out late november with light cardio and lifting weights and have been gradually changing my diet, but I've been visiting home for the past ~2 weeks for the holidays and completely let myself go😞

I feel like im motivated to get back on track when I go back to my apartment and school but im worried about the eating!

My first goal is 200lbs then 160lbs is my ideal weight. I'd love some encouragement from you ladies as I resume this new journey!!!!
