It's going on weeks that my face looks horrible!!!!!!!!  My confidence in non existent. Ugh

Have you thought about changing your diet? Look at removing dairy & sugar. Drink 2 or more litres of water a day and see if that help? It was one of the only things that helped me

I definitely recommend going to a dermatologist! I went about 3 months ago and started an antibiotic/ OTC differin gel. my face has done a complete 180. He was considering accutane for me at my first appointment but the other stuff worked so well he was impressed and switched me to epiduo. I can't tell you how much better my skin is and my scars are even starting to heal and fade. I have occasional break outs but they're small and clear quickly. if your insurance doesn't cover derm or you can't get a referral I definitely recommend the differin. On the package it says it can take up to 3 months (I think) to see results. you can get the differin at Wal-Mart for like $12... of course I am not a physician/pharmacist and you should talk to one if you're trying to conceive or have any questions. good luck and I hope you get it figured out and healed up soon 😊

have you been to a dermatologist already? I strongly advise you to do that. the sooner the better, because acne is controlable, but scars are very hard to get rid of.

Get a good probiotic, stat. Skin issues are usually a direct result of gut issues. Get a probiotic, start drinking a ton of water and like another poster mentioned, cut dairy and sugar.
