Seriously how do people deal with morning sickness whilst having other children to look after.?! 😫

My 6 year old has spent the whole morning looking after my 2 year old so far up in his bedroom, I just can’t gather the energy to get out of bed. 😭

I’m throwing up yellow stomach acid due to lack of food, I have no energy and just have nausea all the time.

How do other people cope as I feel like such a terrible mother right now?
