Is it just me or.. does anybody else freak out every time you start  to cramp and the last thing I want to do is move because im so scared!  😓😧

its very normal in first trimester to feel those because your body is adjusting and making room for ur baby try not to stress about it ✨

I know it’s scary but there’s nothing you can do that’s going to prevent a miscarriage if it’s going to happen. Almost all miscarriages that happen in the first trimester is because of a chromosomal abnormality.
