That’s not a major concern. If bleeding becomes heavy, dark red, and you pass clots, then yes call.

It's normal for some women to spot. Only cause for concern would be if it increases to a red color, accompanied by clots and/or severe cramping. Brown and light pink is ok. And light cramping in pregnancy is normal.

If you fill a pad you can go to the Dr. Or ER. Also go to the ER if you start having contractions.
Otherwise it can be normal but feel free to call your OB.
