maintaining a healthy weight is always good .. but if you are overweight the chances of infertiltiy is high because it throws the hormones out of order.

I don't think it does as I know a few women who got pregnant very quickly even though they was considered overweight so it just depends on how fertile a woman is ☺

I’ve always been told that it would but i know many women who are overweight & had no issues getting pregnant, no issues throughout the pregnancy and no issues with delivery. 
Of course everyone is different though.
