What does it mean

If you’ve been in a relationship for a little while . You’re 100% sure he’s faithful, he claims he can see himself marrying you, wants to marry you sometime next year and wants to start ttc soon.. but has yet to tell you he loves you?

I’m just confused. I’ve told him that I love him and his response was “I’m starting to feel the same way about you”

Ok cool you need more time.. then how/why is he so sure that he wants his first child with me and to marry me. I’m just picturing us having a child 9 months from now and him STILL not telling me he loves me lol. Weird
