Could I be pregnant HELP!!

Anyone think I could be pregnant ? I had a jelly like mucus come from me the day before my last period which was due the 13th December so the next day AF came which lasted 4 days and it normally lasts 5 days tmi but it was more mucus than anything.

After the 4days where up my breasts remained full, sore and sensitive for a week that settled but my nipples are still really sensitive and tingly (this has happened with my previous pregnancies) and my nipples seem to have white dots on them (on my actual nipple).

My boobs also feel a little itchy at times.

Is it possible to conceive right before a period ? If so would I even get these symptoms so soon ?
