Boyfriend Opinion Vs. Mines ? 🤬

Today me and my BF, really just started arguing over a random topic. The topic was about him being offered a SECOND job that he would work only one day a week, on the day he’s off his main job.

Here’s a little background on him and his career & College life!

FIRST...His main job is 6 days a week .. 8 a.m to 8 p.m. Getting paid the highest of all his previous job offers.

SECOND...He’s starting his college classes next week (he has 4) that are all online classes.

When he told me he was going to be working a second job.. i begin to question how is he gonna have time to rest, study, do his college work , and manage a healthy relationship with me..... So, I very kindly told him how I felt about him potentially “overwhelming” himself. WHEN Immediately, He ignored all the things I said about getting proper rest and managing college classes.. and JUMPED straight to the conclusion of me not wanting him to pick up a second JOB .. because I’m “selfish” or “I’m not supporting him”!

I mean, I’m already shook because I can’t really see him except for at NIGHTTIME! And then he makes it worse by saying I’m selfish .. for wanting to have a decent amount of us Time! I told him... that something is most likely going to fail & that I hope it’s not me or his College life.

Any thoughts on what I should do?🤨
