do you check your cervix? how high/dilated

I never thought of shoving my fingers that deep in there and I didn't realize that people did that until I got this app. Thoughts?

I didn't know people did that until I got this app either.  can't fathom doing it, won't do it and I think it's pointless

I did - but didn’t find it useful. Cervix position can change throughout the day and in my experience never matched what stage of my cycle I was at!! 
Was good for checking CM though because I don’t get much and getting it straight from the source meant I knew when it changed

you should never be sticking your fingers inside yourself while you're pregnant

It’s not advised while pregnant.  Some people do it when trying to conceive.

I don't check my cervix really, but I gotta stick my hand up there once a month and feel it to check for my IUD strings. Does that count orrr
