My baby was having a lot of trouble nursing and my pediatrician wasn’t sure about a tongue tie. I’m a dentist and anatomically it looked fine, but I had never studied it in relation to nursing. My pediatrician recommended another doctor who mainly deals with breast feeding issues and she determined it was a class 3 tie (1&2 are more severe, 3 sometimes causes issues, 4 is normal). She thought probably it will help, but maybe not. I decided to have it snipped there that day because I knew it isn’t super invasive and she was immediately feeding better. We still have to use the nipple shield, but she did so much better with it afterwards.

how oldd is your little one ? my daughter was tongue tied her was so bad that her tongue had a heart shape but after i had it snipped. your babys looks like my husband and it look a bit tongue tied. is your little one have troible eating
