i just realized i’m dating a sociopath, i don’t understand what or how but we were friends for 3 years and he never acted like this, EVEN WHEN WE FIRST STARTED DATING!!! what do i do and i can’t just up and leave i’m too in love 😭

I know I already have a comment but I feel like you need to hear this...I'm leaving the man I love. the father of my child. I'm leaving him because he has changed. before he swore he'd never hurt me then when I got pregnant and after our son was born he's laid hands on me. he's changed. he's never once taken care of our son or me mentally and emotionally. he makes everyone else think it's me, my fault. he literally blames it all on me. get out while out can. I've wasted 3 years of my life with this man and I'm just now getting out. after many calls to my parents to get me and my son, after a call from the cops. I still came back and now finally I realized all he has put me through all he has made me sit by and watch, made me believe. I am finally going to leave. and you need to do the same. trust me

If it is dangerous for you, you need to go and he needs to get help from a psychologist. Talk to woman's refuge or another group about him and leaving and see what they have to say. If he is dangerous he is not the man you started dating, and will not be good for you. I know it can be really hard but safety needs to come before love
