Keto diet?

Can anyone give me advise? And are there any apps I should download? What have been your experiences with the Keto diet? My husband and I are starting it on the 1st.

Honestly? Don't do it for more than 2 or 3 weeks. Unless you can manage 15-50 carbs a day for the rest of your life it is impractical and puts stress on your liver  to eat that much fat every day long term. It is meant to kickstart a more sustainable approach to eating. Healthy fats are great, but cutting out entire food groups tends to cause trouble in my experience. Good luck, I hope you both succeed.

Keto is fantastic. There are lots of groups on Reddit & articles about the diet on bodybuilding.com. You can do it short or long term.

Strict keto is very difficult to maintain. If I were you I’d do low carb and it doesn’t restrict any food groups.
