Moms with energy?

Are there any moms on here that have no energy at all?? I need help my house is dirty and I just can’t get myself out of this non energy funk I’ve been having 😢 what do you do for energy??

Coffee and fresh air. Put on a movie or show that makes you feel good even if you use it as background noise, that usually gives me good vibes. And write to do lists.

I've had no energy since my early 20s.. I'm 28 now. I finally linked it to my birth control pills. during my pregnancy I found out I'm very sensitive to hormonal changes in my body. I stopped my birth control and I've never felt better. I still have my days where I'm tired from a bad nights sleep or a long day at work but I don't have that exhausted feeling all the time anymore.

I stopped eating wheat/grains and working out and I have 10x more energy. I know it’s easier said than done bc it requires a lot of meal planning. I work out during my lunch break at work.

I wish I could help, but literally have no energy myself. I know mine is due to other circumstances like depression and my lack of iron production. have you gone to a doctor?
