Ok y’all i need help...

My boyfriend and I have been having sex a lot but I’ve been down to Tennessee for the past week now and we keep fighting. What could this mean? I’ve tried everything I can’t figure out how to stop, and it’s really hurting me..😔

However, on another note I’ve been waking up every morning puking and having to poop none stop and it’s all diarrhea. But on top of that I’m more emotional than usual I’ve had these horrible migraines, I can’t sleep my body aches. I just don’t know what to do. Or what’s wrong with my body.

Can anybody help me?
