Workout routines for stah moms?
I find it almost impossible to workout/go to the gym with my baby. She’s 5 months and I’m READY to loose so much weight. So when do you stah moms do your workouts? Morning? Afternoon? Night? I don’t have anyone to watch her because SO works all day 😞 any progress pics will be appreciated for motivation! I gained 30lbs in my pregnancy and managed to gain more now that she’s here. So I’m about 180lbs now 😔
