Have a blood test from your doctor and see what you are low in. For example, I need to incorporate iron as I have a deficiency but my friend has too much iron so needs to avoid any supplements that include it. Folic acid, vitamin d and iodine are also common.

Look for one that contains omega 3’s, iron and folic acid! Also idione is a bonus as well. There all important for the initially growth and brain development of the little one.
