Breasts are extremely swollen and sensitive. Had some cramping, twinging, and burning at 7DPO.

I'm not seeing a line yet. But you're testing super early! Implantation occurs between 6-12dpo then you meed to have time for the hcg to reach your pee. Sit on your hands a couple days then retest...good luck !

It's way too early...  the earliest you would implant is 6 DPO.  Wait until your period is due and test again.  Good luck!!
