Strep and pregnant, help!

Good morning, it's 4 am and I woke with a low grade 100 fever. I've been battling with sickness for three days that I thought was a cold. However, half way through yesterday found white spots on my tonsils. I'm 90% sure it's strep.

I'm considering going to the ER (since my insurance doesn't cover urgent care).

I decided to take a pregnancy test just in case. I'm 5 days before my period. There's a faint line!!!

I'm nearly 100% sure I'm pregnant! Yippee!

Now I'm super scared because I've take n NyQuil and dayquil.

Now, don't know if I should take antibiotics too. I've read that some are ok while pregnant.

I really want to go to work in Monday.

I also had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy 6mos ago and am super nervous now.

Should I risk taking antibiotics?

It's that or keep taking Tylenol and wait a tad longer to knock off this sickness natural....
