Any realtors out there?!

Question

I am selling 2 houses that I currently own. I live in one and rent out the other. I am selling as for sale by owner not using a realtor. I’m going to list them online, Zillow. What is the best way to list them? As single homes($55k each) and separate listings or both for sale($110k) with one listing. 
I’d like to get rid of them both.

If there's no deal for getting the pair, then list them separately. When I was in the market to buy, I only wanted one house.

If you decide to sell it yourself post them separately. I would recommend using a realtor. I don’t know if you’re familiar with the process but it’s so stressful and having someone on your side helping you throughout is great 👍🏼

Are they two units in the same multiple-family home? Or are they separate single-family homes?
