Sharp pain in pelvic when baby moves?

37Weeks&5Days today. Recently when baby girl moves around, I start to feel sharp pain in my pelvis and it makes it hard for me to breathe. When I went to my doctor’s appointment in the beginning of the week, she said that I’m still close. Just a few days ago, I had a little browish discharge. Also i’ve been having more sharp lower back pains, feeling more nauseated and tired. Did anyone else have this feeling before? And do you guys know what it means?
