7 weeks and just sore boobs?

Anyone else 7 weeks and basically just have sore boobs all the time that seem to be getting bigger and that's about it for symptoms?

I'm 6wks 5dys and other than sore breasts I just have bloat and occasional fatigue. So many women are so sick and can't eat/do anything, while I'm over here eating eggs every morning, and cooking every night still. Last night we had steak for dinner 😍 I do manage to get in 30 mins of exercise daily which I've read goes a long way in helping alleviate symptoms.

Im 6 weeks 2 days! Had tender breasts to start with but been ok the last few days! Wish i had more symptoms :( hope everything is ok with the baby x
