Temperature query
Hi guys, please assist?
I read that one's normal temperature is between just over 36°c to just over 37°c.
I also read that when your body ovulates, you stay within the same temperature range.
I have just started tracking my temperature but this confuses me. How do you know then? Will your temperature rise marginally (for example, instead of being 36.3 you'll be 36.7)?
