DRINKING IN TWW?🥂

So me and my husband went on our date night and I was only going to have 1 drink but I ended up having 4 and few glasses of wine when I got home. Did I just ruin everything? I was 4 dpo when this happened and I just want to cry because this is our last chance before he deploys. 😟

It’s a long story, but I didn’t find out I was pregnant with my daughter until I was 5 weeks. I didn’t think I’d be able to get pregnant. So I got fairly drunk at my sisters 21st birthday party when I was about 4.5 weeks along (no idea I could be pregnant) my LO is a perfectly healthy 19 month old!

I got drunk the night before I found out. Not on purpose, but we went to a Christmas party and I didn’t have a lot on my stomach. I was 7dpo had taken a test that day just to be on the safe side. Of course it was negative. Woke up around 3am after the party and my boobs were ON FIRE. Peed on a stick, and the faintest little line appeared. I see that night as my last hurrah for the next 9 months. I’m 6 weeks now, and that night was my last alcohol. Most doctors say to just enjoy yourself and relax in the TWW. Stress at this stage is worse than drinking. Babies don’t want to implant into a stressed out uterus. Good luck!!

I’ve had a few drinks in my TWW currently too. I’m not worried about it too much, i mean I think about it as I’m drinking because I’m REALLY HOPING I’m preggers and I’m not about to get shit faced just in case but having some drinks is ok.
