Early Pregnancy with Endometriosis

A few months back, I made it to 12 weeks before miscarrying. During that time, I had cramps and pain the whole time. Has anyone else experienced that?

I had a laparoscopy in November which only found endo on my uterus which was removed. I just found out I’m now 4 weeks pregnant and nervous to the outcome as I’m feeling the same cramps. Any advice is appreciated!
