Can having rough sex cause a miscarriage??

So I'm 8w 2d today and I'm considered high risk until I get the harmony test done in 2 weeks. Me and my bf just had like 5 minutes of rough sex and my uterus area started to hurt like a little pulse feeling. It's slowly going away and wasn't super painful since I made him stop but I just don't want it to hurt my baby. I'm not going to do it again rough after this but I just want to make sure.
