Loss of pregnancy symptoms?

I'm only 6 weeks and overnight all my symptoms have stopped,
Really nervous as I lost a baby last year same time and my scan is next week, anyone else have this?

I feel the same my boobs don't hurt no more appointment was yesterday going back Tuesday due to thybroid

It's still so early, they come and go, wait for scan I know it's hard but see what happens then, if there's no cramping or bleeding you should be fine

I'm 6 almost 7 weeks this happened the other day didn't feel pregnant at all boobs stopped killing bloated had gone morning sickness gone! It only lasted a day and well I truly feel pregnant again! Please don't worry symptoms do come and go you will get something soon

I felt my symptoms come and go a few times in the beginning, I believe it's just the plateaus between your hormonal surges - it's normal, though scary! Hang in there!

Symptoms come and go a lot and it's still really early for you. Try not to freak out, but I know that's easier said than done. Once that morning/all day sickness comes in, you'll be wishing for those symptomless days!

Not had the sickness at all,
More really shaky, bloating and cramps but nothing last few days
Fingers crossed this time the bean gets the heart beating string that's the danger point for me x
