Question about OPK/Urine

So I havent been drinking a lot of water the past couple of days, however, I held my urine for 4 hours and got a pos opk and then for another 3 hours with a pos opk. I am dehyrated I can tell from the color of my urine. Could my opks be wrong? Or no since I held it twice and got positives....TIA
