WHY DO WE PAY TO LIVE HERE!!

So idk about anyone else here but I am in AB and it has been FREAKING COLD... even for a Ukrainian-Canadian built for this -48 C brutality. My car battery froze rock solid and didn't start for the first time in 5 years. How has everyone else been dealing with the weather?

I'm in Saskatchewan and today was the first super cold day in a couple weeks. I just run from my car to inside. Today I couldn't walk on my driveway because it was a skating rink. I literally tried to take a step and slid down the driveway while standing up. I hate it.
