what to do when baby won't sleep

My 6 week old has been crying an fussy all day I don't no what to do... any experienced mommy's know what to do when the normal changing and feeding doesn't work

Look up the 4th trimester. Babies do so much growing and are trying to figure life out like you. Try walking, bouncing, swinging, white noise, baby wearing, feeding, and check all fingers, toes, and penis if a boy, for any hair or material wrapped around.

walk and pat walk and pat....sing, rock...go outside if weather permits...try going for a drive etc

It may be gas my son was like that for first 4 weeks it maybe gas or not getting enough food
If your breastfeeding add formula till u have enough milk and if iysnot give gas drops or gripe water to calm him/her

Bounce with him on a yoga ball... 
Look up the 5 S method of soothing on YouTube. 
Both these worked for my fussy kiddo.
