Nope. Nobody can know. The most reliable way to “know” at this point is the genetic testing through blood tests that also shows gender. And even that can be wrong (it very unlikely, but possible). Even an ultrasound tech can’t know for sure. They might have a solid and well educated guess. But nobody knows.
