Mirena HELP!

Hey everyone! After just having my little girl a couple months ago I’ve FINALLY gotten around to more long term contraception, I’m slack I know. Anyway, my midwife and I have discussed the mirena and it all sounds good but I don’t know anyone who’s actually had the mirena and id love to know some first hand experiences! Good or bad I’m not fussed, just want to know what Im possibly in for
