Should I be concerned/be warned graphic pics

I have pcos and I missed my period this month which is now unlike me since I have been on metformin to regulate everything and have been regular for some time now I began to have period like cramps minus the period I have taken quite a few pregnancy test but they all have shown up negative I soon began to have yeast infection like syptoms so I did my three days of monistat but I still am having lots of discharge should I be concerned ​​
