Alright.. this may be a long story so bare with me. Several, several months ago, I took about half of a day, went through MANY Scriptures of the Bible, and wrote up a little packet about 10 pages long on getting Saved. I stuck it in an envelope, wrote "Please Open" on the front, and put it in my purse. I had all intentions of sitting in it a random place when I went out to the grocery store, Walmart, or something like that, in hopes someone in need would find it and it would change their life.. so time passed by and by, and I never did it- I always seemed to forget. Well, I had this friend that I grew up with, as my dad was friends with his, and one day when we were hanging out, he admitted to me that he was Athiest. After this day, I was devastated, so we never spoke again. About a year ago, he was charged along with 3 other people for the murder of a man in our town. A couple of weeks ago, he was transferred to another jail one county away from ours. This was when it hit me. I sealed up the packet, along with a short letter explaining to him how I hoped it would be of help, but if he didn't respond, I would understand. Yesterday, I received a response letter from him, explaining how he was so glad to hear from me, he was glad I thought of him, and he enjoyed the packet. He also explained that he hoped we could continue writing. It touched my heart so much to know that he got some peace from it, and definitely made me tear up. I'm sorry this post isn't about pregnancy, but it made me soo happy, and I had to share with someone. Today was a pretty good day!
