so just gotta figure this out

I have told everybody that i want to know right now that I'm pregnant. everybody but one person and that is my daughter cuz she has been away since Friday with her father and i haven't seen her to tell her. when it comes time to announce it to other people (which my husband seems anxious to do)i just don't know how. the one i really need to tell is my boss because I clean and lifting heavy things is involved and I was wondering when would be the right time.
